Final Sale Items (No Returns)

Most of our products are collectibles, trading cards, sealed items, and TCG-related products. Because of their nature, the following collections are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All Things Pokémon
  • All Things Lorcana
  • All Things MTG
  • Dungeons & Dragons
  • Table Top Games
  • TCG (General)

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Eligibility (Non–Final Sale Items)

Items that are not part of the final sale collections may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return rules only apply to items purchased after this policy was updated.
Order Limit Policy

To keep releases fair for everyone, purchase limits apply to select products across all checkout methods (including the Shop App, Shopify checkout, and other accelerated checkouts).

  • If an order exceeds the posted limit, we will adjust it to the allowed quantity.
  • Extra items will be removed and refunded.
  • Repeated violations after one warning may incur a restocking fee and partial refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped, delivered, or prepared for pickup. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
