Most of our products are collectibles, trading cards, sealed items, and TCG-related products. Because of their nature, the following collections are final sale and cannot be returned:
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Eligibility (Non–Final Sale Items)Items that are not part of the final sale collections may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order CancellationsOrders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped, delivered, or prepared for pickup. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund MethodApproved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
