All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed for local delivery, local pickup, or shipping.
Local DeliveryLocal delivery is available within 15 miles of Kokomo, IN. Our local delivery fees are as follows:
- 0–5 miles: Free
- 6–10 miles: $10 flat fee
- 11-15 miles: $15 flat fee
We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time via text message after your order is placed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for local deliveries and local pickup only.
Local PickupLocal pickup is available by appointment in Kokomo, IN. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

ShippingWe ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
Please note: COD is not available for shipped orders. All shipped orders must be paid online at checkout.
Order TrackingOnce your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress.
